The main level holds the main living area, kitchen, laundry, exercise room, study, lanai, and 2 of the 6 bedrooms. The flooring in the main areas is travertine tile whereas the bedrooms have ¾” merbau. Each of the bedrooms has its own full bath. The kitchen is commercial grade, and there are 3 laundry facilities. The wall covering is 1×6 T&G cedar with accents of merbau. The upper and lower lanais both boast great mountain views. This is a “smart” house and is wired for intelligent use of the electricity supplied by its own solar energy system.
